Willow Hole Cowboys (“we,” “our,” or “the club”) operates this website for our shooting club in North Zulch, Texas. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep things simple and do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Contact and signup forms. If you write to us or join a mailing list, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, cowboy/SASS alias, a message, and which match lists you chose.
Email communications. If you are on a club list, we store your subscription preferences so we can send match announcements and club newsletters.
Technical logs. Like most websites, our server may temporarily record basic request information (for example IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising networks.

Analytics (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand general traffic to the site (for example page views and popular pages). Plausible is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies for tracking and does not build personal advertising profiles.

Because of that, we do not show a cookie consent banner for analytics alone.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies this site sets are only for basic site operation (for example keeping a form secure) and are not used for marketing.

Email lists and unsubscribing

You can opt out of club emails using the unsubscribe link in a message we send you, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing stops further list mail; it does not delete past messages already in your inbox.

Third-party services

We may use trusted services to run the site, including:

Email delivery (for contact notifications and newsletters)
File hosting / CDN for images, PDFs, and similar public files
Plausible Analytics (see above)

Those providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

How long we keep information

Contact and mailing-list information is kept while it is useful for club communications or until you ask us to remove or update it. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Children

This site is for general club information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing. Match participation follows club and range rules separately from this website.
